About Louis

My name is Louis Ruhl. I grew up in Massachusetts where my childhood passion for fixing things sparked a lifelong interest in automotive technology. After graduating school, I began specializing in car entertainment systems and have since fixed countless radios, tape decks, and modern touchscreens.

Now 36, I run a business in Chelmsford where I help people understand and use their car’s technology features. What drives me is making technology more accessible. I love when I can teach grandparents to connect their phones or show teenagers the hidden capabilities in their cars. Each customer presents an opportunity to educate and share my enthusiasm.

My goal is to help drivers get the most out of their vehicle’s innovations—like having a supercomputer but using it for more than just solitaire. I started my website, carinfotainment.org, to provide guidance to confused owners, continue learning, and share my 12+ years of experience fixing advanced car electronics. Cars have always told stories; I’m here to help decode them.
